Cholamandalamdbs (A Group Of Murugappa Companies)

Our office is located on West Jones Road in the Saidapet area of Chennai. The address has an old number 27 and a new number 55, which sometimes confuses the delivery people, but we have been here for a long time. We are part of the Murugappa Group, and we handle the Cholamandalam side of things. Chennai is almost always hot, and our street is usually packed with people going to work or the market. It’s a busy environment and we are right in the middle of it. We don't work in a secluded corporate park. We are part of the neighborhood here. People come in and out all day long to talk about their business or to sort out some financial paperwork. It can get a bit noisy when the office is full, but it’s a good kind of energy. Our staff is mostly made up of local folks who have been with us for years. We don't use a lot of complicated language to describe what we do. We just help people manage their money and business interests. Sometimes we take a break and get some coffee from the shop around the corner when the work piles up. It is a steady, predictable life and we just focus on getting through the daily tasks. We don't need any fancy decorations or marketing to do our jobs properly for the local community.
