People ask why we are named after a city in America when we are right here on Narshima Road in Chennai. It’s a long story. Anyway, we’ve been here at Vishnu Babu’s place for a while now. The first street is usually busy, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to work. Our office isn't huge but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of time talking to folks who come in with questions about their looks. It’s quiet inside compared to the street noise outside. Sometimes the power goes out but the generator kicks in. We have a few chairs in the waiting area that aren't the most modern things you've seen, but they're comfortable enough. Dr. Mothilal has his room in the back. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking to patients every day. We try to keep things simple here. We don't have those fancy coffee machines or anything. Just some water and a fan. If you're looking for the place, look for the big blue door near the corner. The neighbors know us well. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually keep the blinds down. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years. Some new shops opened up down the road, but we stay the same. Just doing our thing and helping people who walk through that door. We don't have much of a website, mostly people find us by word of mouth.
