We have been running things here at number 61 on 14th Street for a while now. It is a busy spot in Venkateswara Nagar, right in the Kottivakkam area. This is not some fancy corporate place with a big lobby. It is just a regular mess and restaurant where we spend most of our time in the kitchen or cleaning up tables. Most of the staff comes in early to get the stoves going and prep the ingredients for the day. Thiruvanmiyur can get pretty crowded, so we see a lot of people coming in and out, especially during the lunch hours when things get a bit chaotic. Sometimes we run out of chairs or people have to wait a bit, but we just try to get the food out as fast as we can. The building itself is plain and practical. We don't spend money on big signs or advertising. Most of our customers are just folks who live or work nearby and know where we are. It gets hot in the back with the big pots going, and by the end of the shift, we are all pretty tired. We just do the work, keep the place running, and come back the next morning to do it all over again. It is a simple life and a simple business. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure the kitchen is ready for the next rush. We are just a local restaurant trying to provide meals every day without any fuss.
