Cad Designer

You can find me at 127/33 on Savin Koil St. in Kadambakkam. This part of Chennai is always moving, but I stay busy in my small workspace as a Cad Designer. I spend most of my time in front of a monitor, turning rough ideas into proper technical drawings. The office isn't much to look at, just a room with a decent computer and a printer that seems to have a mind of its own. Chennai is incredibly hot most of the year, so the small AC unit is always running in the background. Savin Koil Street is usually full of noise from motorbikes and the local shops nearby. I don't have a big staff or a fancy lobby for people to wait in. Usually, it is just me and my files. I have stacks of old blueprints in the corner that I really should throw away, but I never get around to it. People come to me when they need a drawing done properly so the builders know what to do. I don't use any complicated language or try to act like a big firm. I just sit down, open the software, and get the lines in the right place. It is a steady job and I like being in Kadambakkam because everything I need is just a short walk away. Sometimes the work is tedious, but seeing a drawing finally match the measurements is a good feeling.
