Our place is tucked away in the Bank Of Baroda Colony in Chennai. It’s a relatively quiet part of Tamil Nadu compared to the main city roads, which is nice when you’re trying to focus. Business Access Pvt Ltd has been operating from here for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The postman usually comes by around noon, and there’s a stray dog that likes to sit near our entrance in the shade. We aren't big on those polished office designs you see in magazines. Our walls are a bit plain and the furniture is just what was practical at the time we moved in. Sometimes the power flickers during the monsoon rains, but we just wait it out or switch to the backup. We drink a lot of coffee here, the strong south Indian kind that keeps everyone moving. It’s a straightforward environment where we don't worry about titles or big speeches. If something needs fixing, we usually just handle it ourselves instead of waiting for a manager. Working in this part of Chennai means we deal with the heat like everyone else, keeping the fans going all day. We enjoy being part of the community here and seeing the same faces every day on the walk to the local bus stop. It is a humble spot but it serves us well for the work we do. We just keep our heads down and finish the day's tasks.
