Broadgate Technical Services.

Our place is at New No.3, which used to be Old No.2, on B.B. Road in Perambur. If you're from around here in Chennai, you know how confusing the door numbers can get sometimes. We’ve been at Broadgate Technical Services for a while now, tucked away in this part of the city. Perambur has that old-school feel to it that we really like. The office gets a bit warm in the summer, even with the fans going full blast, but we’re used to it. Most days we are busy with technical stuff, looking at diagrams or trying to figure out why a part isn't working the way it should. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. We usually have lunch together around one, often getting something from the mess down the street. The traffic on B.B. Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we try to get things wrapped up before it gets too crazy outside. There’s always someone dropping by to ask a question or just to see if we’re in. We keep a few chairs for visitors, though they’re usually covered in folders or tools. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We just try to get the work done right so people don't have to come back twice. It’s a simple life here in Chennai 11, and we wouldn't have it any other way really. There is always plenty to do.
