We've been here on Periyanna Maistry Street in Broad Way for quite some time now. Dealing with construction materials is just what we do every day. The street gets pretty busy, especially in the mornings when the trucks start rolling in. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a place where we keep the stock and talk to builders who need stuff for their projects. Most people around Broad Way know where to find us if they need cement or steel. We started out small and just kept at it over the years. Some days are hectic with orders coming in all at once, while other days we just sit and catch up on some paperwork. It's a lot of work handling all these heavy materials, but it keeps us busy. People stop by, ask for prices, and we see what we can do. We don’t really do much advertising because most of our folks come through word of mouth or just seeing the sign while walking down the street. It’s a bit dusty here sometimes with all the loading and unloading, but that’s just how the business is. We know the local area well and have seen a lot of changes on this street. It’s a straightforward operation here at Excel. We just try to get the right materials out to the sites when they're needed. It’s just us doing our job every single day.
