Our office is up on the 3rd floor of Gokul Arcade. If you know Adyar, you know it can be a bit of a scramble to find parking sometimes. We’ve been in this building for a good bit of time. It’s a shared space, so we see the same faces in the elevator every morning. We handle supplies, mostly coordinating things over the phone or through emails. It’s not a big flashy office. Just some desks, computers, and a lot of files piled up. Sometimes the AC acts up, but we get by. We aren't really a walk-in kind of place, but people do drop by to drop off documents now and then. The view from the third floor isn't much, just the street below and the trees. We keep it quiet in here so we can focus. There’s about five of us usually. We go out for lunch nearby since there are plenty of spots in Adyar. It’s a decent place to work. We deal with various vendors and clients all day. Things can get a bit hectic at the end of the month when all the invoices are due. We try to stay on top of it. It’s just regular office work, keeping the supply chain moving. Nothing too fancy about it. We just do our jobs and head home. The internet goes out sometimes, and we just use that time to organize our desks or grab another coffee. It’s a simple routine that works for us.
