Goodwill Hardwares

We are located at 108 Broadway, which people sometimes call 58 Broadway too. It is one of those old addresses in a part of the city that never seems to sleep. Goodwill Hardwares is a small, busy shop where we keep all kinds of metal bits, tools, and supplies stacked up to the ceiling. It is often a bit dark inside because the shop is deep and narrow, but we know our way around the aisles. Broadway is a hectic place to work, with cycles and carts constantly passing by. We spend a lot of time on our feet, helping people who come in looking for a specific bolt or a particular type of hinge. Sometimes we have to climb up the ladders to get things from the high shelves. It is a bit dusty, and the air smells like metal and oil, but that is what a real hardware store is like. We do not spend money on fancy decorations or big signs. Most of our customers are people who have been coming to this street for years. We just open the doors in the morning and stay until the sun goes down, making sure we have what the local builders and handymen are looking for. It is just us doing our daily work in a corner of the city that has always been about trade and hard work.
