Bonanza Portfolio Limited

Our office is tucked away in the Gangaeswari Apartments on Perumbur High Road. Specifically, we are in unit 21 6 on the 2nd street. It’s a residential vibe, which makes it feel a bit more grounded than a big office tower. Bonanza Portfolio Limited has been here for some time. In Chennai, you get used to the humidity, so we just keep the windows shut and the AC running. The 2nd street is usually quiet, but the main High Road is always buzzing with people and bikes. It’s a small space where we manage everything. We have a few desks and some chairs for when people visit. It’s not a showroom or a fancy gallery. It’s just where the work happens. We handle the paperwork and keep track of things on our systems. Often, we’re just chatting about the day while we sort through documents. The apartment building has its own rhythm with neighbors coming and going. We feel like we belong to the local community here in Perumbur. There’s no big sign outside, just the name on the door. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations because it doesn’t help us do our job better. We just focus on the portfolios and the people we talk to on the phone. It’s a plain, honest workspace for us and we like the simplicity of it.
