Black Dot Events

Black Dot Events is located over at No 42 on A P Road 2nd Lane in Chennai. Most people know the area because we are quite near the Saravana Store, which is always packed with shoppers. It’s a very lively part of town to be in. We’ve been working out of this spot for a good while, handling all sorts of event needs for the local community. Chennai weather can be a bit much sometimes, but we are used to it by now. Our office isn’t anything too special, just a place where we keep our equipment and meet with clients to discuss their plans. We started this because we saw a gap for straightforward event help without all the extra fluff and high prices. It’s a lot of physical work, moving chairs or setting up stages, and we do a lot of it ourselves. We work with a small crew of reliable people we’ve known for years. Usually, if you come by the office, someone will be there sorting through cables or checking schedules for the next week. It gets pretty hectic around here during the festival times, but that’s when the city feels most alive anyway. We just take things one day at a time and try to make sure each event goes off without too many hiccups. Being near the 2nd Lane makes it easy for our delivery trucks to get in and out, which helps a lot with our timing.
