Our office is located at Number 15 in the M. N. Plaza. We are all the way up on the fourth floor, so we get a decent look at what is happening on 3rd Cross Street. This is right in Kasthiribai Nagar in the Adyar area. If you know Chennai, you know how busy Adyar can get during the rush hour. We are mostly busy with the restaurant side of things from this office. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls to keep everything running across our different spots. The office itself is usually cluttered with folders and menus. We have a small coffee machine that makes a lot of noise but gets us through the mornings. The staff here has been together for a while, so we all know each other’s habits and how we like our tea. It isn't a flashy corporate headquarters, just a place where we sit and figure out the logistics for the food business. Sometimes the stairs feel like a lot after a long day, but it's good exercise I guess. We spend a lot of time talking about ingredients and kitchen schedules. Adyar is a great place to be because there is always something going on outside the window. We just keep pushing forward, making sure the resto side of the venture stays active and everyone is doing their part to keep the wheels turning.
