Avid Service Mangement

If you have ever been to Fountain Plaza in Egmore, you know it is a bit of a maze. We are up on the 6th floor in unit 333. It is a high climb if the elevator is acting up, which happens now and then. Right across the road is Don Bosco School, so we hear the school bell and the kids playing quite clearly from up here. Egmore is always buzzing, and Pantheon Road is usually packed with cars and bikes. Our office is where the planning happens. We do service management, which mostly means we spend our hours on spreadsheets and talking to clients on the landline. It is a quiet enough space once you get inside, away from the street noise. We have a few desks and a water cooler that gets a lot of use. The lighting is not the best, but we are used to it. We are not a huge firm with hundreds of people; we are a small group just trying to keep things organized for everyone we work with. Most days are spent looking at schedules and making sure things are moving as they should. We do not have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and see us working. It is straightforward and we try to keep it that way. Egmore is a good central spot for us to reach other parts of Chennai quickly.
