Down here in Nesapakkam, specifically at 2 27 Jai Balaji Nagar, you'll find our office. Avery India has a long history, mostly dealing with scales and weighing equipment that people use in factories or shops. Our building in Chennai isn't hard to find if you know the area. The street gets a bit crowded during the day with all the local traffic. Inside, we have some of the older equipment and some newer stuff too. It’s mostly just a place where we keep the records and talk to customers who need their scales fixed or a new one installed. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years. The heat in Chennai can be a bit much in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. It’s not a shiny corporate office with glass walls; it’s more of a functional space where we get things done. Most of the guys here have been working with these machines for years. We know how important it is for a business to have an accurate weight, so we take the repairs seriously. Sometimes a customer comes in frustrated because their machine is off, and we just sit down and figure it out. There’s no big mystery to it, just honest labor and knowing how the parts fit together.
