August Academy Llp is located in Mogappair West Extn, specifically in the Alacrity Tharangini Flats in Chennai-Chennai India. Our unit is Flat No Rc 4. It is a quiet residential area, which is nice because it stays pretty calm compared to the busier parts of the city. We have set up our office inside the flat, so it feels more like a home than a typical workplace. There are always plenty of papers and laptops around the room. We spend a lot of our time sitting at the main table working through different projects. Being in the 600058 area means we are a bit further out from the city center, but it works well for us. The Alacrity Tharangini Flats are well-maintained, and we have some nice neighbors who we see in the hallway from time to time. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. It is just a simple space where we can get our work done without too many distractions. Sometimes we walk over to the local shops nearby to get some lunch or coffee. It’s a very low-key operation we have here. We’ve been at RC 4 for a while now and we are quite settled into the routine of Mogappair West. It is just a few of us here, and we prefer it that way. We just keep our heads down and focus on what needs to be finished by the end of each day.
