Most of the time, the rooms are filled with blueprints and parts. It can get a bit cluttered when we have several engineering jobs going at once. We’ve been in this apartment setup for a while because it suits how we work. It’s quiet enough to focus but close enough to the main roads when we need to ship things out. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or a lobby with a fountain. It’s just desks, computers, and tools. Sometimes the heat in Chennai gets to be a bit much, but the fans keep us going. We handle the technical side of things without much fuss. If a client calls, they usually talk directly to whoever is holding the wrench or looking at the screen. We don't have a separate department for every little thing. Everyone chips in where they are needed. It’s a practical way to run an engineering firm. We might not have the flashiest setup in the city, but the work speaks for itself. We stay busy and that is what matters to us. Just a group of people in an apartment making things work. It's not flashy, but we like the way we do things here.
