Atelier Architects

Atelier Architects is located at number 144 in the Casa Grande Urbano complex in Ponmar. It’s a decent spot to work, though the commute can be a bit long depending on where you’re coming from. Our office isn’t huge, but we have enough space for our desks and all the drawings we end up making. There are usually rolls of paper lying around and a few computer screens glowing all day. We spend a lot of time staring at plans and talking about how things should be built. It’s not all drawing, though; there’s plenty of boring stuff like answering emails and dealing with permits. Sometimes we head out to see the sites, which means getting our shoes a bit dirty. In the office, someone is usually making coffee or looking for a ruler that went missing. The lighting is okay, but we prefer when the sun comes through the windows in the morning. We don’t have a big receptionist or anything like that; you just walk in and one of us will probably look up from a screen. Ponmar is a growing area, so there’s always something happening nearby. It gets a bit noisy with the construction around the complex, but it fits the kind of work we do. We just focus on getting the designs right and making sure the measurements actually work out on the ground. It’s a regular job with plenty of technical headaches.
