You can find us on the first floor of the building at No 1-2 on Kavitha Street. We are located in Kannappa Nagar, which is part of the Arumbakkam area. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a good spot once you’re inside. We deal with medical supplies and equipment mostly. The office is a bit crowded with boxes and papers, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a receptionist or a waiting room; it’s just a place where we do our work. Most of us here have been working together for a long time, so we don’t need to say much to get things done. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers and making sure things get delivered. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important. The street outside is usually busy with people going about their business. We don’t do any fancy marketing or have a big sign outside. Most of our clients are people we’ve known for years. We just try to keep things simple and honest. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just life here. We’re just a small group of people trying to run a helpful business in our neighborhood. It’s a basic setup, but it serves us well for now and hopefully into the future.
