Arctic Cool Engineering Pvt Ltd is based in Mandaiveli, specifically at Old No 7 New No 21 on Vanniampathy Street. It’s a narrow street in an old part of Chennai, and we’ve been here for quite some time. We focus on engineering work related to cooling systems, which is a big deal in this climate. Our office and workshop are packed with parts, tools, and old units we use for spares. It's not a shiny corporate office. We spend most of our time in our work clothes, often getting our hands dirty with grease and dust. We aren't the kind of company that has a big sales team or does a lot of advertising. Most of our work comes from people in the area who have used us before or heard about us from a neighbor. When the heat really kicks in during the summer, we are extremely busy and sometimes it’s hard to keep up with all the calls. We just try to get our technicians out to the sites as quickly as possible to fix whatever is broken. It’s a straightforward business. We understand how these machines work and we do our best to keep them running. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed right here on Vanniampathy Street. We like being a local business that people can rely on when their cooling systems fail. It’s hard work but it’s what we know.
