A.P. Blue Metal

Our office for A.P. Blue Metal is over at No: 8/3, Akshaya Flats. It is on Vembuliamman Koil Street, which is a fairly busy residential area. It might seem a bit odd to have a stone and metal business coordinated from an apartment building, but it works for us. We do all the coordination and paperwork from here while the actual heavy lifting happens at the sites. We handle crushed stone and other aggregates that go into making roads and buildings. It is a lot of coordinating with truck drivers and site managers over the phone. Sometimes the noise from the street makes it hard to hear, but we are used to it by now. The office is small and usually has maps and schedules pinned to the walls. We do not have a receptionist or fancy furniture. It is just a place to get the business side of things handled so the projects do not stop. Most of our clients are local contractors who need reliable supplies for their jobs. We have been operating this way for a while, and the neighbors on Vembuliamman Koil Street are used to seeing us around. It is a practical way to run things without having too much overhead. We spend our days making sure the blue metal gets delivered to the right places on time. It isn't glamorous work, but it is what we know. We just take it one order at a time and try to keep our customers satisfied with what they get.
