We have our office at number 34 in the Corner Market area of Malviya Nagar. It’s a well-known spot in the neighborhood. Being in a market area means there is constant activity and noise from the street vendors and shoppers outside our doors. We deal with medical supplies and equipment, so our space is often full of boxes waiting to be shipped out or checked in. It’s not a fancy showroom. We have shelves stacked high with various medical items and a couple of desks where we handle the orders and the phone calls. The space is a bit tight because we try to keep a lot of stock on hand. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time navigating the narrow lanes of the market, which can be a bit stressful in the middle of the day. We are a small team and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering emails to packing boxes. Malviya Nagar is a lively place to be, and we like being right in the middle of the local commerce. When it’s lunch time, we usually just grab something from one of the nearby stalls. It’s a practical, hardworking environment where we focus on getting medical goods to the people who need them. There isn't much time for anything else since there is always another delivery to organize or a customer calling about a specific piece of equipment. It is just a regular business day here.
