Anandhi Ram Agencies

You can find Anandhi Ram Agencies on the first floor at No. 100/7, which used to be No. 80/7, on L.B. Road in Adyar. It is an old building, and the stairs are a bit steep, but we have been here for quite some time. We act as an agency for various products, mostly things people need for their shops or homes. The office is small and filled with files and old boxes. It is right in the middle of the Adyar bustle, so the traffic noise is constant. We spend our days answering the phone, talking to suppliers, and making sure orders get to where they need to go. It is not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. We have a few desks squeezed in and a small fan that rattles in the corner. Sometimes the paperwork piles up and we have to spend the whole Saturday catching up. We know many of the other business owners on L.B. Road, and we often share news over a quick coffee. We are not a big fancy agency with hundreds of staff. It is just a few of us making sure things run as they should. We deal with people face-to-face mostly. If there is a mistake with an order, we just talk it out and fix it. It is an old-fashioned way of doing business, but it is what we know.
