Out here in Kolathur, at No 6 Dhanalakshmi Bhawan, things get pretty busy. It is on East Cross Street in Girija Nagar. If you know Chennai, you know how the heat can be during the day. We are doing casting work here, which means there is always something going on with metals and moulds. The building is an old one, but it holds up well. We have been operating from this spot for quite some time now. Most of the guys here have been with us for years. We don't use much of that fancy corporate talk because we are mostly busy getting our hands dirty. The street gets a bit crowded in the evenings when everyone is heading home. Our office is tucked away in the building, and we usually have a few drawings spread out on the table. It is not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. We take our breaks together and talk about the local news or whatever is happening on the street. It is a steady life. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People just hear about us through word of mouth. We focus on the jobs we have and try to finish them by the weekend. Sometimes we have to stay late if a big order comes in. It is just how things go at Adeythya Casting. We just keep working away.
