Adecco India

Our office is situated at No5A, Ganesh Nagar 3rd Street in the Adambakkam area of Chennai. While the name Adecco India is known in many places, our local branch here is just a small part of the neighborhood. We spend our days at this address talking to people and looking through piles of paperwork. It is a very normal office environment without any of the high-end polish you might see in a big city center. Adambakkam is a busy place, but our street is usually a bit more relaxed. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing. Working in recruitment means we see all kinds of people coming through our door. We try to be helpful, but we don't use any of those scripted lines you find in brochures. We just talk to people like human beings. The Chennai heat can be a bit much sometimes, so we are always grateful for the fans in the office. We aren't here to make big promises. We just look at what's available and try to match people with work. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking details over and over again. We take our lunch breaks together most days and talk about things other than work. It is just a regular job for us, and we like the people we work with in this little corner of Ganesh Nagar.
