You can find us at No. 300 on 12th Street in the Sharma Nagar Quarters. This is in the Vyasarpadi area of Chennai, 600039. Our office is part of the quarters, so it has a very different feel than those big office parks you see elsewhere. It feels more like a house that has been put to work. Accenture-Adecco Flexione Workforce Solutions Ltd. is the name we use, but it is a lot of words for the small team we have here. The street outside is usually full of kids playing or people heading to the local shops. It is a lively neighborhood. Inside, we have our desks set up in what used to be regular rooms. We have a few cupboards for all the files we have to keep track of. The humidity in Chennai can be a lot, so the fans are always going. We do not have a fancy coffee shop inside; we just go to the local stall on the corner when we need a break. The office is a bit cramped at times, especially when we have a lot of paperwork to move around. It is just a normal, busy workplace. We do not have polished floors or glass elevators. We just have a door and a lot of work to get through every day. Sometimes the rains make the street hard to cross, but we manage. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a good while.
