Kizzards Preschool

Kizzards Preschool is situated at Plot No.22 in the Selvaraj Nagar Extension of Urapakkam. We are tucked away in a residential part of Chengalpattu, which makes it a bit quieter than being right on the main road. The school is basically a house that we’ve set up for the children. We have some play equipment in the front yard and rooms inside for different activities. It’s a place where toddlers from the surrounding streets come to spend their mornings. Most of us who work here live nearby, so it feels like a very local operation. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us looking after the kids and making sure they have a good environment to play in. The days are usually filled with the sound of children laughing or sometimes crying if they don't want to share their toys. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after them and getting things ready for the next day. The neighborhood is growing quite a bit, so we see new faces fairly often. It’s a simple setup where parents can drop their kids off and know they are being watched. We have some colorful mats and small tables where they do their drawing. It’s a modest little school, but it serves the families here in Potheri well. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized through the daily chaos that comes with running a preschool.
