Cornerstone International College

You can find Cornerstone International College over in Alpha City, specifically in the Beta Block on Level 6. We are located in Navalur, right on the busy stretch of Rajiv Gandhi Salai, which most people just call Old Mahabalipuram Road or OMR. Being in Chennai, it gets incredibly hot outside, so having the college up on the sixth floor helps a bit with the breeze, though we mostly rely on the fans and cooling. The view from the windows shows all the IT buildings and the constant stream of traffic moving toward the city or out toward the suburbs. It’s a modern building compared to some others, but inside it’s just offices and classrooms filled with books and computers. The elevators can be a bit slow during the lunch break when everyone in Alpha City is trying to get downstairs at the same time. We don’t do a lot of shouting about how great we are; we just open the doors in the morning and get to work teaching the students who show up. There’s always someone at the front desk dealing with some paperwork or answering a phone that won't stop ringing. The Navalur area has changed a lot with all the new construction, but we just focus on what’s happening inside our walls. It’s a practical place for people living on this side of Chennai who don't want to travel all the way into the city center for their studies.
