Our group is called Csc Ramgarh Chitarpur Jh Farmer Producer Company Limited. We are located in Chitarpur, specifically in the Kishan Mohalla area. Shiv Kumar Dangi is the person who looks after things at our main spot. Ramgarh is a place where many people rely on farming, and we are no different. We started this because we wanted a way to work together as farmers in our neighborhood. Chitarpur has a lot of tradition when it comes to growing things, and we wanted to keep that going but in a more organized way. It is a very local business, and most of us live just a few minutes away from each other. When we meet at Shiv Kumar’s place, we talk about the problems we face with the weather or the cost of things we need for the fields. We are not experts in business suits; we are people with mud on our boots who know how to grow vegetables and grains. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. It is just about planting, weeding, and harvesting. We try to help the farmers in Chitarpur get a bit more for their hard work. It's a tough job and the hours are long, but doing it together makes it a bit more manageable. We are just here in Kishan Mohalla, doing our best to keep the farming life alive and well for everyone involved.
