It’s a very local operation. We don’t have a big office with air conditioning or fancy signs. We just meet at Sarita’s place and sit together to talk about the crops and the money. It’s a simple way to do things, and it keeps our costs low. Everyone in the village knows Sarita, so it’s a good spot for us to be located. We handle everything from buying seeds to talking about the weather and the markets. It’s hard work, and we are usually tired at the end of the day, but we keep going. We don’t have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just want to make sure the farmers in our group are doing okay.
