You can find us at 01, C/O-Sri Chota Jagdish Sawmalakpur in Itkhori. That’s where Itkhori Sufal Producer Company Limited is based. We are a bunch of locals who decided to group together. It’s much easier to handle the producer side of things when you have a name and a registered place. Sri Chota Jagdish’s place is well known around here, so we don't usually get lost. We spend our time looking at what the local farmers are bringing in and trying to figure out the best way to move it along. Itkhori is a place where everyone knows everyone’s business anyway, so there aren’t many secrets. We aren't some high-tech firm; we mostly use pens and ledgers and the occasional phone call to get things sorted. The building is simple, and we don't have any flashy signs out front. We just do the work that needs doing. Some days are slow, especially when the weather is bad and nobody is out on the roads. Other days, it’s a total mess of people and goods. We just take it as it comes. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy promises. We just want to make sure the stuff from Itkhori gets to where it’s supposed to go without too much trouble. It's a living, and it's what we know how to do.
