We are based out of Village Banasadhi in Simariya, Chatra. It’s a quiet place, and our office is right there at Sri Sukhdeo Sahu’s spot. Mostly, we are just a group of local farmers trying to figure things out together. The farming life in Chatra is what we know. We deal with the crops and the soil every day. Sometimes the weather helps us, sometimes it doesn't. Being a producer company means we handle things as a collective. It started because a few of us in the village felt we should pool our resources. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. Just the basic setup needed to keep records and talk about our harvests. People around here know where to find us if they have questions about seeds or how the market is looking this season. We spend a lot of time just talking in the fields or near the post office. It's not a complicated business. We just want to make sure the work we do in the fields actually gets us somewhere. Life in Banasadhi moves at its own pace. We follow the seasons. When it's time to sow, everyone is busy. When it's harvest time, it's even more hectic. We try to keep things honest and straightforward. No big promises, just the daily work of farming and making sure the producer company stays running for everyone involved. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do here in Chatra.
