We are based out at 8/22 in Nelamangala, right off Tumkur Road. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but we like the space we have out here. The air is a little different and there’s more room to move stuff around. Our building is mostly functional. We have the main work area and a small spot where we keep the tools and supplies. It’s usually pretty loud because of the machinery and the trucks passing by on the highway. We’ve got a small crew and most of them have been with us for years. We don’t really bother with fancy decorations or anything. The walls are mostly bare except for some calendars and notes pinned up. Lunchtime is usually when everyone sits together and shares whatever they brought from home. It’s a bit of a ritual for us. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which gives us a few minutes to catch our breath. We handle everything from here, from the first call to the final check. It’s hands-on work. You won’t find any polished receptionists here, just people who know their way around the shop. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand. It’s a long day sometimes, but getting things out the door feels good at the end of it. We usually leave the gates open until the very last person heads home for the night.
