Vijayakumar

My name is Vijayakumar. I operate out of a space near the Open Air Jail in Koramangala, Avathi, which is part of Devanahalli. Most people think of Bangalore as just the city, but out here in Bangalore Rural, things feel different. It's a bit of a drive to get to the main town, but we manage. The address is 562110 if you are looking for the pin code. It is mostly quiet around here, except for when people are passing through to the jail area. I’ve lived in this part of Devanahalli taluk for a long time now. Working from here means dealing with the local weather and sometimes the power cuts that happen in the village area. It's not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a practical setup in Avathi. I spend most of my mornings checking on things and making sure the day starts right. Being close to the Open Air Jail is a landmark everyone knows, so it helps when people are trying to find us. We don't have a big team or a lot of noise. It is just me and a couple of others keeping things moving along. Sometimes the rain makes the roads a bit messy, but that is part of life in rural Bangalore. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing every day without making a big fuss about it. We have some old desks and a few chairs, nothing special. The neighborhood is mostly open land and small houses. It's a good place to stay focused.
