I Neosoftech Pvt Ltd is based out of Sathanur, which is a bit of a trek if you're coming from central Bangalore. We are specifically at No 627 on Hosabeedi. Kanakapura has its own pace, and we kind of like being tucked away here. It’s quieter than the city, though the internet can be a bit moody sometimes when the weather acts up. We do tech work, mostly sitting at our screens and figuring out software problems. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it’s what we know. Most of the guys here are from around Karnataka, so we speak the language and know the local shortcuts. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular building in the 562125 area. We don’t really do big meetings or fancy presentations. Usually, it's just us drinking tea and staring at code. If you’re ever in the Kanakapura area, you might pass by Hosabeedi without noticing us, which is fine. We prefer it that way. Being a private limited company sounds formal, but inside it’s pretty relaxed. We wear what we want and focus on finishing the tasks on our list. It’s honest work. We’ve been at this for a while and don't see ourselves moving to a big tech park anytime soon. This spot suits us just fine for now. Sometimes we take a walk down Hosabeedi just to stretch our legs after sitting for hours. It’s a good way to clear our heads before getting back to the screens.
