We are Esscom Solutions India Pvt Ltd, and you can find us at E150 in Tirumagondana Halli, near Neralur. It’s quite a bit away from the main city center, which means it’s a lot quieter out here. Our building is a simple structure that serves its purpose. We deal with various technical solutions, and the work usually keeps us chained to our desks for most of the day. There isn't much to see inside besides computers, some filing cabinets, and maybe a few stray lunch boxes. We aren't trying to win any awards for office design. The team is a mix of people from different backgrounds who just happen to be good at what they do. We talk about local news or the weather while we wait for programs to load. It is a very down-to-earth environment. Sometimes the commute out to Neralur is a bit long for the guys living in the city, but we like the space we have here. We don't have a marketing team or people writing fancy slogans for us. We just handle the technical stuff as it comes in and try to keep things running. Being at Tirumagondana Halli feels right for us because it’s out of the way of all the chaos. We just show up every morning, do our jobs at E150, and head home once the work is finished for the day.
