Continuous Computing Pvt Ltd is out on Sarjapura Marthapada Road. It’s a bit of a trek for some of us, but the area is growing fast. The office is in a newer building, but we’ve already made it look a bit messy with all our gear. We do a lot of computing work, as you can tell from the name. Most of the day is spent at our desks, staring at monitors. We have a small area where we keep the server, and that room is always freezing cold. The rest of the office is a bit more comfortable. We don't have a lot of fancy perks. There's a water cooler and a small fridge for our lunches. We aren't really into corporate culture or long-winded speeches. Usually, we just check our emails, see what's broken, and start fixing it. The road outside can get very dusty because of all the construction happening nearby. We have to wipe down our desks every morning. It’s just one of those things you deal with. We’ve got a diverse group of people working here, and we all get along well enough. There’s no big hierarchy; if someone has an idea, they just say it. We focus on the practical side of things and don't worry about the rest. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and the work keeps us challenged. We just keep plugging away at the code and the systems until the day is done.
