Innovative Technologies is out in the Sompura Industrial Area, specifically at Plot No. 190B in the 1st Stage. It’s a bit of a drive since it’s in Nelamangala Taluk, away from the main city buzz. Being in an industrial zone means we are surrounded by large sheds and the sound of heavy machinery. Our building is a practical one, built for work rather than looking pretty. We have a lot of space for our equipment and parts. The roads around here can be a bit rough, especially when it rains and the trucks leave tracks in the mud. Inside, it smells like metal and oil most days. We don't have a fancy lobby or anyone in a uniform waiting at the door. You usually find us on the work floor or at the small office space we partitioned off. It’s a lot of manual work and technical stuff combined. We drink a lot of tea to keep going through the afternoon slump. Most of the people working here live nearby in the surrounding villages or commute from the edge of the city. We don't have big corporate lunchrooms, so we usually just eat together at a big table. It’s a simple, hardworking environment. We focus on getting the orders right and making sure the machines are running as they should. It's just a normal day at the plant for us.
