Woodbury Developersllp is located at 47, Sector 28A here in Chandigarh. We’ve been at this spot for a bit, and it’s a pretty straightforward setup for a development group. The office is right there on the street, so it’s not hard to find if you’re driving through the sector. We spend most of our time looking at land and trying to figure out what fits where. Chandigarh has its own way of doing things, especially with the sectors, so we have to stay on top of that. It isn't a high-rise office or anything. It’s just a practical space where we can lay out our maps and talk about the next build. Some of us have been in the development game for years, while others are newer, but we all just pitch in. The morning starts with tea and a look at the schedule. We don't really do the whole big marketing thing because the work usually speaks for itself once the building is up. Sector 28A is a good neighborhood, fairly central for what we need to do. We just keep our heads down and handle the planning and the legal stuff that comes with developers' work. It’s a lot of back and forth with contractors and suppliers. Every day is a bit different depending on which project is moving faster. We’re just local people doing local work, trying to make things grow in the city.
