Ashoka Estates

Ashoka Estates is located at SCO-181 and 182 on the ground floor in Sector-8 C. It is a good spot because we are right on the ground level, so people can just walk in without looking for a lift. Sector-8 C is a busy place with a lot of shops and offices. We have been here for many years. Our office is quite large since we have two SCO units. We handle a lot of different things, from houses to commercial spaces. Most of the day is spent handling phone calls or meeting people who want to buy or rent in this sector. It is a lot of local knowledge that you can only get by being here for a long time. We know which buildings are good and which ones have issues. We try to be helpful to everyone who walks through the door. The furniture in our office is a bit old, but it is comfortable. We don't see the need for fancy renovations. As long as we can do our work and keep our files organized, it is fine. The market in Sector-8 C stays pretty steady, so we are always kept on our toes. We just take things one day at a time and try to get the best results for the people who come to see us.
