Working out of a duplex gives us a bit more room than a standard office, though it still feels very much like a home. We have our desks set up and plenty of space for all the paperwork that comes with this kind of work. Manimajra is a good spot to be in, and the Modern Housing Complex is pretty easy for people to find. We aren't the type of company that spends a lot of money on big signs or glossy advertisements. Most of the people who come to see Sobha Developers Ltd do so because they live nearby or someone told them about us. Chandigarh is a planned city, but our day-to-day life is a bit more spontaneous. Some days we are stuck inside all day, and other days we are out and about. We don't have any corporate mission statements posted on the walls. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and go home. It’s an honest way to make a living. The atmosphere in the office is relaxed. We don't wear suits unless there’s a really big reason for it. Usually, it’s just us in our regular clothes, working through whatever project is on the table that week.
