We've been operating out of house number 1491 in Chaman Colony for a while now. Dhanas is a busy spot in Chandigarh, and that is where we do most of our daily work. Dealing with property and construction stuff takes up most of our hours. It’s not a fancy office building, just a regular place where we get things done. People often drop by to ask about projects or just to see what’s happening in the area. We try to keep things straightforward. If you know the 160025 zip code, you know it’s a working-class neighborhood. We aren't big on flashy signs or big talk. Mostly, we just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized. Being in the U.T. means we have specific ways of doing things, and we've gotten used to the local rhythm. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s just quiet paperwork. We handle various bits and pieces related to the Omaxe name from this spot. It’s a bit crowded with files and desks, but it works for us. We've seen Dhanas change quite a bit over the years. It’s nice being part of the local scene here. We don't spend much time on fancy websites or brochures, we just prefer to deal with people face to face when they come over to the colony. It is just a normal office for us.
