Jamuna Developers is located at Sco No-1 on Kurali Road. This is right on National Highway 21 in Kharar. Being on the national highway means there is a constant stream of cars and trucks passing by our door. Sco No-1 is right at the start of the row, so we see everyone coming into the area. Kharar is a place that is growing fast, and being on Kurali Road puts us right in the thick of it. The office is a straightforward space. We don’t have anything fancy, just our desks, some chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. National Highway 21 is the main artery here, so it is never truly quiet. We’ve gotten used to the sound of engines and horns over the years. We spend our days at Jamuna Developers going through paperwork and talking to people who pull off the highway to see us. It’s a practical setup. We don’t spend money on big advertisements or glossy brochures. We just do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the dust from the highway gets into the office, so we have to wipe down the desks every morning. It’s a simple routine. We start early and stay until the work is finished. Kurali Road has a lot of small businesses like ours, so we know our neighbors. It’s a good, honest place to work, and being at Sco No-1 makes us easy to find.
