We are Green View Land And Buildcon Ltd., and you can find us at Sco 854, Nac, in Manimajra. Our office is one of those standard commercial spaces that you see all over this area. We’ve been working on land and building projects for a good bit of time now. It’s a mix of office work and being out on-site where the actual building happens. We aren't some big corporate firm with a thousand employees; we are just a local team trying to get things done right. Manimajra is a busy place, and there is always something being built or some land being cleared. We handle the buildcon side of things, which involves a lot of coordination with contractors and making sure materials show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes it feels like we are just chasing our tails, but we eventually get the projects finished. We don’t use a lot of fancy jargon when we talk to our customers. We just tell them how long a job will take and what it’s likely to cost. There are always surprises in construction, but we try to deal with them as they come. If you need to talk about a project, you can just stop by the Sco. We’re usually around, though sometimes we’re buried under a pile of blueprints or out on a roof checking something.
