Balaji Homes

Balaji Homes is tucked away in Swastik Vihar, specifically on the 17th Cross in M C Layout. It's a quiet enough area most days, which makes it easier to focus on the work. We started out here because it felt like a good neighborhood to be based in. There is always someone coming by asking about house prices or if there are any new plots opening up nearby. I usually keep the door open so the breeze comes through, though sometimes the dust from the road gets in. Dealing with houses isn't always exciting, but it keeps us busy. We have a small desk and some old maps of the layout pinned to the wall so we can show people where everything is. My cousin helps out sometimes when things get a bit hectic. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just waiting for the next person to walk in. It’s not like those big companies you see in the city center. We know the neighbors and we know which streets are the quietest. If you walk past the 17th Cross, you'll see the sign. We've been here for a while now and haven't seen a reason to move. It’s a decent spot for a small business like ours. We just try to get the paperwork done right and make sure everyone knows what they are getting into. There is no magic to it, just showing up every day and answering the door.
