Wave Estate

Wave Estate is located right here in Mohali. It’s a big area we’re working on, and there’s always something going on at the site. We spend most of our time managing the land and talking to people who are interested in moving here. Mohali has been growing so fast, and we’re right in the middle of it. Our office is on-site so we can see what’s happening every day. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters, just a place for us to meet and get work done. We deal with lots of different people, from families looking for a first home to folks looking for a bit of space. It can be a lot of work keeping everything organized, especially with the weather and construction schedules. We don't use any flowery language or big promises. We just show people what we have and let the place speak for itself. Some days are loud with the machinery, but that's just how a growing estate feels. We’ve been part of the Mohali landscape for a bit now and we’ve seen it change from empty fields to what it is today. We just focus on the daily tasks, like checking the roads or talking to the contractors. It’s a practical job and we like being out here. If you’re in Mohali, you’ll probably run into us. We aren't doing anything fancy, just making sure the plots and houses get sorted out for the people moving in.
