VISTARA BUILDTECH LLP is over at SCO 44 in Sector 31D. It’s a standard office space in a typical Chandigarh shopping complex. We have the usual stuff you’d expect—desks, a few computers, and a lot of paper. Buildtech is a broad term but for us it just means we handle the technical side of making things happen in construction. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or trying to figure out why a shipment is late. Sector 31D is a busy spot, so there are always people moving around outside. We get our lunch from the local shops most days. Our team isn't very big, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day you might be filing papers and the next you’re out on a site checking the foundation. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a philosophy. We just come in, do the work, and go home to our families. The office is a bit cluttered because we’re always busy with something new. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a project is going to take six months, we say it’ll take six months. No point in making up stories just to sound better. SCO 44 is easy to find if you’re in the sector. Just look for the sign and come up the stairs. We’re usually there from morning until late afternoon, just doing our thing and keeping the projects moving.
