U S A Properties

We operate out of 44 Sector 31. It’s a straightforward setup. U S A Properties is just a local business that helps people find homes or land around this area. We aren't affiliated with anything big or international, despite the name. It’s just what we’re called. The office is usually a bit cluttered with maps and files, but we know where everything is. People in Sector 31 know us as the folks who can tell you who is selling what. We don’t do big advertising campaigns. Most of our work comes from just being here for years and talking to the neighbors. Sometimes we have to deal with difficult situations where a sale falls through, and that’s never fun. But mostly, it’s just showing houses and talking about prices. We try to be direct. There’s no point in dressing things up to be something they aren't. Real estate is about finding a place to live or work, and we just try to make that happen without too much fuss. It’s a busy sector, and there’s always someone moving in or out. We just stay in our little corner and keep the wheels turning. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening. Sometimes the tea gets cold because we're on the phone, but that's just part of the day.
