Our office is located at House Number 1207-A in Sector 21. It’s a residential area, so it feels more like a home than a corporate building. We work as developers and promoters, which means we spend a lot of time talking to people and looking at property plans. The living room has basically become our main workspace, filled with maps of Faridabad and stacks of legal documents. It’s a busy life, always trying to match the right project with the right timing. Sector 21 is a nice part of town, and we’ve been here for a while now. We don't have a receptionist or any of that. If you come by, you’ll probably just find one of us on the phone or looking over a blueprint on the dining table. It’s a practical way to run things without too much overhead. We have to deal with a lot of different departments and people every day to get things approved. It can be quite tiring, especially when the weather is bad or traffic on the main road is heavy. We don't use any polished sales pitches or marketing tricks. We just show people what’s available and explain how the development is going at the moment. It’s a lot of legwork, but that’s what the job involves for us. Most of our days are spent out of the office, but this house is where all the planning happens. It’s a simple setup that works for what we need.
