We’ve been running TM BUILDERS & PROMOTERS PRIVATE LIMITED for a while now from our spot at 1202, Phase - 2 Ramdarbar in Chandigarh. It’s not a fancy glass office or anything like that, just a place where we get the work done. Mostly, we spend our time dealing with building projects and site promotions around the local area. If you come by, you’ll probably see a lot of files and maybe some dusty boots near the door. Ramdarbar is a busy place, and being in Phase 2 keeps us right in the middle of things. I guess we started this because we knew the area and wanted to work for ourselves. It isn’t always easy, as construction has its ups and downs with weather and supplies, but we manage to stay busy. Having a big team of receptionists isn't our style. Usually, it’s just one of us answering the phone or looking over a blueprint on the desk. Our address is 1202, and we’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us. We don’t do much advertising; we just let the work speak when a building goes up. It’s a practical way to live. Some days are long, especially when we have to coordinate with different crews, but that’s the nature of the business. Daily tasks take up most of our energy. Chandigarh is growing fast, and there’s always a new project starting somewhere nearby. We just take it as it comes.
