The Professional Event

Our office is tucked away in Sector 40 A of Chandigarh. We are right near the Radha Krishan Mandir, which makes it easy for folks to find us when they are in the neighborhood. Chandigarh is a planned city, but sometimes things still feel a bit hectic when you are trying to pull an event together. We’ve been at this for some time now, just handling the day-to-day work that comes with organizing things. It’s not always glamorous work. A lot of it is just making phone calls to vendors and making sure the chairs arrive on time at the right place. We spend a lot of time on our phones or walking around the site to check on stuff. Sometimes things go wrong, like a tent gets stuck or the weather turns bad, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s just us working out of this space in Sector 40. We know the local area well and how the rules work here. If you drop by, you’ll probably see us buried in notebooks or looking at floor plans. We keep things pretty simple here. We don't use big words or make huge promises that aren't realistic. We just do the job and go home. That is pretty much it. We don't have a receptionist, so you might have to wait a minute if we are on a call.
